Neo Essence reserves the right to change the content, offer, prices and technical information on the website at any time, without prior notice. All changes become effective upon publication on the website.
All content published on this website, including text, photographs, graphic elements, logos and design, is the property of Neo Essence or is used with legally acquired usage rights (including licensed and stock materials). Part of the visual content may contain illustrative displays, photomontages or ambient visualizations for the purpose of presenting products and services.
Reproduction, distribution, public display or use of content for commercial purposes is not permitted without the prior written consent of Neo Essence or the copyright holder.
Neo Essence is not liable for any technical difficulties, temporary unavailability of the website or damage resulting from the use of information published on the website, except in the case of legally prescribed liability.

Neo Essence respects the privacy of its users and is committed to protecting personal data in accordance with the applicable regulations of the European Union and the Republic of Croatia (GDPR).
Collection of personal data
We only collect data necessary for business communication and service execution, including:
- first and last name
- email address
- phone number (if provided)
- data required for processing orders in the web shop
Neo Essence does not sell, rent or transfer personal information to third parties, except when necessary to perform the service (e.g. delivery service or accounting processes).
Safety and Fragrances
The fragrance bases used in Neo Essence systems are manufactured in accordance with current IFRA standards. The devices use cold diffusion technology without heating, combustion or the creation of harmful by-products, ensuring safe and controlled aromatization of the space.
User rights
Users have the right to request:

- correction or deletion of data
- restriction of processing

3. Cookie Policy
The Neo Essence website uses cookies to ensure the proper functioning of the site, improve the user experience and enable basic analytics of website usage.

1. Necessary cookies
These cookies are necessary for the basic functioning of the website and web shop (e.g. navigation, shopping cart operation, site security). User consent is not required for their use.
2. Analytical cookies (Google Analytics)
With your explicit consent, we use Google Analytics for the purpose of anonymous analysis of website usage (e.g. number of visits, duration of visits, device types).
The data is collected anonymously and used exclusively to improve the functionality and content of the website.

4. Terms of purchase (Web-shop)
General
The Neo Essence web-shop enables the purchase of products by individuals (B2C) and legal entities (B2B).
All prices are stated in euros (€) and do not include VAT, since Neo Essence is currently not subject to the value-added tax system, in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
Neo Essence reserves the right to change prices, offers and product availability at any time, without prior notice.
Invoices
Neo Essence issues invoices to individuals and legal entities. Customers who enter company information (name and OIB) when ordering will receive an invoice issued to the legal entity.
In the event of a change in tax status (entry into the VAT system), the method of displaying prices will be adjusted to current regulations and clearly indicated on the website.
Payment methods
Payment is possible via the methods available in the web shop, including card payment and/or bank transfer, depending on the customer's choice.
Delivery
Products are delivered to the address specified when ordering. The delivery time depends on the availability of the product and will be clearly communicated to the customer before confirming the order.
Right to unilateral termination of the contract (B2C)
Buyers - natural persons have the right, without giving reasons, to unilaterally terminate the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
The product must be returned unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. The cost of return is borne by the buyer, unless otherwise agreed.
The refund of the paid funds will be made upon receipt of the returned product.
Purchase for business entities (B2B)
For legal entities, the right to unilaterally terminate the contract within 14 days does not apply, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
The terms of return, exchange and complaints for business entities are resolved individually, in accordance with the business agreement.
5. Complaints and liabilit
Neo Essence is liable for material defects of the product in accordance with applicable regulations. In the event of a complaint, the buyer is obliged to contact us via the contact form with a description of the problem.
The products are to be used exclusively in accordance with the instructions. Neo Essence is not liable for improper use of the product or device.
6. Applicable law
This Legal Information and all legal relationships arising from the use of the website are subject to the laws of the Republic of Croatia. In the event of a dispute, the competent court in the Republic of Croatia shall have jurisdiction.
