Neo Essence offers professional space aromatization systems for rent through contracts lasting from 1 to 3 years, with a fully customized approach to each client. We do not offer universal solutions – we analyze each space individually to ensure optimal fragrance performance and long-term system stability.
Before the installation itself, we suggest an initial meeting and a field trip to understand the character of the space, its size, ventilation, people flow and purpose. Based on this, we suggest the most suitable diffusion system, the optimal installation position and together with you we choose the scent that best suits the ambiance and identity of the space.
Professional aromatization systems by type of space
Depending on the size and structure of the space, we implement systems for small, medium or large areas, including the possibility of integration into existing ventilation systems. The selection of the device is based solely on the technical assessment of the space – with the aim of achieving even, controlled and long-lasting diffusion without overpowering.
In this way, we ensure that the scent is subtle, but present – pronounced enough to leave an impression, and discreet enough not to burden the space.
Installation, control and technical support
Rental includes professional installation of the device, initial adjustment of intensity and operating schedule, and ongoing technical support. All Neo Essence systems use an advanced remote control method, which means that we can adjust the operating settings at any time – scent intensity, diffusion intervals, or operating hours – without the need to come to the location. This ensures that the scent always remains pleasant, unobtrusive, and perfectly in tune with the dynamics of the space.

As part of the rental, a regular supply of fragrances is ensured according to a predefined consumption. Fragrances are simply replenished with clear and concise instructions, without complicated procedures or special tools. In the event of a technical failure or the need for service, we ensure rapid intervention and a replacement device as needed, so that the system can function continuously.
Fragrances are designed for full compatibility with Neo Essence cold diffusion devices, ensuring stable operation, even distribution and long-term reliability of the system.

For clients who want complete independence, Neo Essence also offers the option of purchasing a special line of professional space aromatization devices. We offer three different device models, each with its own design, capacity and purpose. Different aesthetic styles allow the device to blend naturally into the interior, without disrupting the visual identity of the space.
By purchasing a device, you get a long-term solution, with the option of ordering fragrances independently through our webshop, according to your own wishes and consumption dynamics.
